Effective Date: October 24, 2024 (Last Updated: June 8, 2026). Toolkito is owned and operated by TeXCodes LLC. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of Toolkito's tools and services.

1. Acceptable Use

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to attempt to breach or circumvent any security measures.
You will not use automated systems to extract data without permission.
Transmitting malware or malicious code is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality available through Toolkito are the exclusive property of TeXCodes LLC and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without express written consent from TeXCodes LLC.

3. Liability Limitations

In no event shall TeXCodes LLC, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or inability to use the service.

4. Digital Fulfillment & Service Delivery

Toolkito offers a 100% digital SaaS tool suite. Upon purchase of any premium subscription, access to all Pro features and increased usage limits is granted instantly on your account.

No physical shipping or delivery is involved. All fulfillment is handled electronically and instantly upon payment confirmation.

5. Payment Processing

Toolkito uses two authorized payment processors depending on the product or region. All transactions are processed securely under industry-standard PCI-DSS compliance regulations.

Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Certain subscription plans are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. As Merchant of Record, Paddle takes full legal responsibility for the sale, including global tax compliance (VAT/GST), fraud liability, and chargebacks. Paddle collects and processes billing information, email addresses, and payment details in accordance with their own privacy standards. Stripe

Certain payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes payment details, billing information, and email addresses in accordance with their privacy standards and PCI-DSS compliance regulations. TeXCodes LLC does not store your full card details on its servers at any time. Please consult Stripe's Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility and procedures depend on which payment processor handled your transaction:

Paddle-Processed Transactions

All purchases processed by Paddle are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
To request a refund or exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Buyer Portal, accessible through the link in your subscription confirmation email.

Stripe-Processed Transactions

All purchases processed via Stripe are subject to TeXCodes LLC's refund discretion, as TeXCodes LLC acts as the seller of record for those transactions.
Refund requests for Stripe-processed transactions must be submitted directly to us at admin@texcodes.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 busi`ness days.

Regardless of payment processor, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — access is not revoked immediately. For any cancellation or billing queries, contact us at admin@texcodes.com.
