Toolkito uses two authorized payment processors depending on the product or region. All transactions are processed securely under industry-standard PCI-DSS compliance regulations.
Paddle (Merchant of Record)
Certain subscription plans are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. As Merchant of Record, Paddle takes full legal responsibility for the sale, including global tax compliance (VAT/GST), fraud liability, and chargebacks. Paddle collects and processes billing information, email addresses, and payment details in accordance with their own privacy standards. Please consult Paddle's Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Stripe
Certain payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes payment details, billing information, and email addresses in accordance with their privacy standards and PCI-DSS compliance regulations. TeXCodes LLC does not store your full card details on its servers at any time. Please consult Stripe's Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Refund eligibility and procedures depend on which payment processor handled your transaction:
